Membership and eligibility

Deedloom offers an Impact Member subscription for $15 per month and an Executive Producer subscription for $40 per month. Membership enrollment is for people 18 and older; you must attest that you meet this age requirement when creating an account and before enrollment.

Any visitor aged 18 or older may vote when a ballot is open. Voting requires an age self-attestation; there is no identity or age-verification service. A vote records a preference and does not trigger a fund transfer. The current ballot topics are provisional, not real cases, recipients, payments, or completed impact.

The $5,000 launch threshold is measured using subscriber funds alone: one-time donations and apparel sales do not count toward it. Until subscriber receipts reach that threshold, launch funding temporarily overrides the intended post-threshold destinations for subscriptions and one-time donations. After the threshold, subscriptions are intended for sustainable long-term initiatives and one-time donations for urgent emergency aid. Apparel revenue remains operational revenue at all times.

These are policy intentions, not operating fund controls. Stripe Connect currently charges the company account; the app does not segregate, hold, transfer, or automatically route funds. The public tracker uses gross subscription payment events and does not deduct refunds. Impact Member ($15/month) includes the Supporter Portal. Executive Producer ($40/month) includes the Supporter Portal and planned access to The Vault and the post-launch Friendraiser VIP Event Gateway. The Vault has no protected media available; community messages, event passes, gift distribution, and social exposure are planned, not active. A membership is not represented as a charitable contribution, and no tax-deductible status or tax treatment is promised.

Billing and cancellation

Membership is billed as a monthly subscription and renews automatically each month until canceled. Checkout and subscription management are hosted by Stripe through Polsia’s billing service. After signing in, open the billing portal from your profile to submit a cancellation. Deedloom’s cancellation policy is that cancellation stops renewal immediately while access continues through the paid billing period. The app sends you to the hosted portal but does not control or verify its cancellation settings; this behavior depends on the external portal configuration.

Refunds and official inquiries

Subscription charges and one-time donations are non-refundable except for verified duplicate transactions or billing errors reported within 14 days of the transaction. Approved corrections are processed within 5–10 business days. The app does not provide a refund API; corrections require platform-side handling. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
